The Arizona Work Chukka was once exclusively sold to locals in Arizona, hence the name. The remarkably lightweight boot became well known for its mid-ankle, wide opening shaft that promoted ventilation for the feet in hot Arizona climates. Debuted as one of our first chukka boots, the Arizona has become a staple for carpenters and construction managers looking for a slim work boot that can be worn in the field or in the office.
The 516K6 is assembled with our Oil Tanned Leathers. The full-grain leather uppers allow the surface to repel against water and will develop a nice patina when worn over time. Inside has been lined with fine soft pigskin and fitted with a pillow comfort arch support insole. The Arizona II Chukka sits on a water-ripple etched oil-resistant rubberlon outsole for stronger traction and a longer lifespan than most chukka work boots. This chukka boot is the perfect boot for casual and work. As with all of our Golden Fox boots, this is a Goodyear Welt constructed shoe stitched to its upper allowing for maximum durability and resole-able capabilities to last a lifetime.
-Slimmed down slightly for an ideal snug fit.
